How a Tiger Franchise Works?

Tiger buildings will be sold via a fully branded showsite that will display approximately 23 to 35 buildings from the Tiger range. The showsites should be between 4,000 to 6,000 square feet and will typically be exterior sites in key retail locations with existing footfall to the area.

As the owner of a Tiger franchise, you - or your team - will staff the Tiger showsite and provide key face to face sales and customer support to assist on-site customers with finding their perfect space within the Tiger range of garden buildings and then completing the sale process on-site using our online admin system.

Tiger Sites Available

Tiger has secured exclusive partnerships with leading Garden centre groups, giving us access to a network of premium retail locations across the UK. These locations offer leases at centrally discounted rates and are strategically positioned to attract high-quality footfall from the ideal demographic. Our Tiger-branded display sites have already proven successful, with nine locations opened, tested, and trading profitably. The first franchised site, launched in partnership with BGC, opened at Brigg Garden Centre in April 2023. This flagship site has been joined by other locations in Liverpool, Leeds, Glenrothes, Roxton, Stonham, Pulborough, Tarporley and Burnley showcasing the strength and scalability of the Tiger franchise model and more openings coming very soon in 2025!

Territories

We will work with you to create your own exclusive territory based on where you are located. We have a national reach and are welcome new franchises across the UK , but in particular we have a surge in demand for sites around Birmingham, Carlisle, Derby, Middlesborough, Newcastle, Nottingham, Scarborough &; Sheffield – as well as the Scottish Highlands and the Home Counties.

Funding Available 

We can organise to put you in touch with British Business Bank to discuss their Start Up Loans scheme, a government-backed lending initiative where new franchisees can borrow up to £25,000 per person involved in the business (up to a maximum of £100,000). This is currently at 6% interest rate and is an unsecured loan*.

Alternatively, our team can suggest several high street banks and other associated finance providers who have a track record of working with franchise setups. Display model finance can be provided by asset financing partners upon request. 

*An unsecured loan means that your assets are always safe.

High Expected Earning Potential

The Tiger franchise model requires low startup fees, low ongoing overheads and provides very high profit potential making it the perfect franchise opportunity. A single licence fee will start from just £20,000 and with low start-up and installation costs, the initial turnkey business could be ready to go for as little as £25,000 in upfront cost.

It would be a target for each individual site to be achieving £500k+ in sales and therefore generating £100k+ in cumulative salary and profit per year once fully established. There is future potential to increase this number across multiple sites dependent on performance.
