Earning Potential

Within Target Structural franchise, no holding of stock is necessary. We encourage franchisees to hold 50% deposit from customers at the point of ordering, which covers the cost of materials, which from Target Fixings are then paid for after 60 days. This maximise cash flow and reduces the risk.

Target Structural franchise offers excellent profit margins, with the average job valuation around £12,000, with 6 days on site and a gross margin of around 50%.

Day in the Life of a Target Structural franchisee

No two days are the same, which is why Target Structural is such an exciting and fulfilling business opportunity.

Your main focus will revolve around identifying structural issues and specifying solutions to resolve these, whilst keeping the clients budget in mind.

New franchisees can be very busy, very quickly, but our most successful ones have learned that any time spent planning is more than made up for once on site. Even if the work load does ramp up, there is always help and support available from both Head Office and other franchisees.

Your average day will include:

• Marketing your business
• Responding to customers
• Surveying properties and determine structural issues
• Specifying suitable solutions to the issues
• Planning the work on site
• Returning to site to carry out repairs

What can Target Structural provide?

Target Structural franchisees are encouraged to work for themselves – not by themselves. We provide a wealth of materials and support to help your business to flourish.

Each franchisee has a non-exclusive operating territory, based on postcodes and spread evenly by population. This prevents conflict between franchisees, whilst still allowing them to work together on larger projects.

We off all our Target Structural comprehensive training. This will give you the knowledge you need to put you in a position to have technical discussions with structural engineers to overcome a clients needs.

You will be trained in all aspects of the business, including the system and processes, quoting, following up leads, ordering materials and running your business.

We support you in everything.

Ongoing marketing support and materials will be provided as well as access to our online client base of over 3,000 relevant specifiers within the industry.

The total cost of a Target Structural franchise is £40,000.

• £20,000 is the franchise fee, which covers:
  • Use of the Target Structural system and a franchisee exclusive territory for a 5 year term
  • Initial training, covering both business and technical to ensure you are comfortable in the day-to-day operation of your business
  • Initial marketing to launch your franchise and working with you to develop your marketing strategy.
• £20,000 is your estimated business start up costs, which covers
  • Purchase of equipment, product and tooling to start becoming a franchise
• Capital to ensure that your bank balance remains positive during the start-up period
