Papa John's is now opening its doors to the latest location of Evesham
Papa John's, one of the leading pizza franchises in the UK has opened it's doors in its latest store in Evesham, Worcestershire. Atif Maroof Zar, the franchisee who owns the new unit alongside his brothers Umair Ramay and Amir Maroof, now run a total of eight Papa John’s including Evesham, with two more scheduled to open before the end of the year.
Atif Maroof Zar explains: “We are hungry to grow our multi-unit franchise operation! As well as increasing profits it means we can offer employment opportunities for more people and that’s important to us.
“We work hard and have fun as a team, and now are putting the back-office infrastructure in place for bigger and better expansion. We now have our own payroll manager, area manager plus each store has two branch managers. It’s a team effort to continue deliver the best quality pizza to our communities for everyone to enjoy and all our staff play their part.”
Atif previously worked at two rival pizza firms and also managed a Papa John’s, before he became a franchisee in 2017. Atif continues: “Evesham is part of a cluster of stores we run including our Papa John’s in Stratford Upon Avon, Redditch and Bromsgrove which helps streamline the delivery of supplies, recruitment and general management.
It also means we have the back up in place to ensure everything runs as efficiently and smoothly as possible too. Getting these processes right is important as we have a taste for expansion and continue to grow! There is no limit to what we can achieve with Papa John’s.
