Our Consultants are empowered to coach and train under a single, cohesive brand, fostering enduring relationships while enhancing credibility and expertise.

We stand committed to nurturing individual mindsets and steering businesses towards an effective strategy for employee mindset development. This approach solidifies our dedication to cultivating growth, positioning Mindspan as the preferred choice for mindset coaching and training.

As a Mindspan Mindset Consultant, you will have the opportunity to do this too through a range of services such as coaching sessions, training programs, masterclasses, keynote speeches, and more – all within the framework of the Mindset Consultant program.

Bespoke IP & Tools: As a fully licensed Mindspan Mindset Consultant, you have access to all our Intellectual Property & psychometric tools that cannot be found anywhere else!

What You'll Need:

As a Licensee, you’ll need to make an up-front financial investment of £7,500 to fund your training.

Once signed off, there is a monthly recurring license fee for 3 years (price varies depending on level).

What You'll Get:

You’ll be enrolled on a 6-month comprehensive training programme, starting with Peak Performance Mind, which includes all the Mindspan content. As part. of this, you cover Coach & Trainer training, CBT modules, and even marketing & sales training.

Investment Required

• Our Licensing programme has an initial one-off fee of only £7,500.00 + VAT and these are awarded on a three-year term agreement.
• Once training is complete and all assignment work assessed, there is an annual support fee (that can be paid monthly) for each year of our agreement. This fee covers continued access to our online resources, as well as ongoing support and guidance from our team of experts.
• We have financial modelling that we will prepare together as part of our business planning process, this is personalised to your target audience.
• The biggest investment will of course be your time, with dedicated commitment to your training and personal development thereafter, we like to practise what we preach!

Our Mindspan Mindset Consultant Network come from a diverse range of personal and professional backgrounds. Some have experience coaching or delivering training to groups, and some had never done it before. Some have experience growing a business, and some have always been employed. Some didn’t think they could do it and proved themselves wrong.

Where you have come from isn’t important, but where you want to get to, is, and we will support you to get there. We will not do it for you, and it isn’t always easy, but we will help you. We will expect you to not just talk the talk but immerse YOURSELF first in our Mindspan principles and methodologies.
