What makes us stand out:
Practical and theoretical training will be a combination of in-clinic and training centre education at times that are mutually suitable. In-clinic will consist of equipment operation, customer service, and health and safety. Theoretical training will consist of coursework and examinations.
We have provided you with two possible scenarios. Scenario One where you’re processing 20 treatments per month, and Scenario 2 where you’re processing 34 treatments per month.

Both scenarios are entirely possible and have been regularly achieved and exceeded by head office and other franchisees (demonstrable), however, it is very important to note that your figures may vary depending on many differing variables, and thus these scenarios should not be used as concrete guides to your future financial performance.
Unless you already have a unit in mind, we shall undertake the search for a unit using available resources and agents, based upon a maximum travel time from your home.
We will shortlist potential health and beauty related hotspots within your radius and pick-out the busiest locations in those towns and cities. Once we shortlist the busiest clinics we will initiate the conversations with landlords and agents and secure the best terms possible for you, while keeping you informed throughout. After we have secured a heads of terms (HoTs) document we then hand-over to your solicitor to complete the legal process.
Assuming there is one room for consultation and treatments, the entire project cost can amount to around £113,000. While 80% of the clinic can be financed through loan funding (business loan via high street banks) and asset funding, we recommend a personal contribution of approx. £25,000 (including set-up fee), in order to keep your debt-gearing ratio around 25% : 75%.
