Really pleased with the business so far. I was sceptical of the operation at first as I did not know of any businesses that would result in 60%+ net margins, but quickly in my 2nd month I saw that the turnover generated far exceeded my expectations and my net profits were around the 66% mark. It was easy to recruit staff and now the clinic is staff-run after a few months and I am actively looking for my second Laser Skin store. A great business with very little personal involvement except for desktop administration and lead follow-ups, allied with staff meetings and franchise meetings.

This is my second month at my new franchise and I’ve already given notice at work. I’ve generated more income in my first two months than I would over 6 months at work. I pick and choose my hours depending on client needs, often block-booking them so that I don’t need to travel back and forth from the clinic too regularly. I carry out all the treatments myself and I enjoy getting to know my clients, and generally forming good bonds with them. I know the treatments work well as I’ve had them done, and my clients will often refer their friends and family who may not have had good experiences with other laser hair removal providers in the past. I’ve got a full 5* on google on all reviews already and I think it definitely helps that I’m there to provide the owner-managed experience.
