Award Winning Franchisee Opens New Papa John’s in Sunbury-on-Thames

Leading pizza franchise, Papa John’s, has announced that its Franchise Owner of the Year (for five stores or less) for 2019, Abid Hussain, has opened a new Papa John’s within the Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey franchise territory. Abid who was officially recognised for his achievement at the pizza franchise giants biggest ever UK franchise conference held in Birmingham earlier this year, has now opened the store which will be run with the help of around 20 locally recruited staff.

Abid Hussain who also runs Papa John’s within the Bedminster (Bristol) franchise territory, Eastleigh franchise territory, Fareham franchise territory and the Newbury and Taunton franchise territories confirms: 

“Sunbury-on-Thames is a great London location for us.  The village is located on the River Thames between Weybridge and East Molesey and there are many families and commuters living in the area.  We are now looking forward to delivering on our promise of: “BETTER INGREDIENTS. BETTER PIZZA” which means we only use the finest ingredients and fresh dough – never frozen - for a better natural flavour.

Prior to joining Papa John’s, Abid worked in advertising and marketing in London and was also a consultant in a web firm.
