Since first starting in July 1999, Additional Resources has gained 25 years’ experience within the recruitment industry. We provide motivated individuals the opportunity and tools to run a recruitment desk from home. We pride ourselves on the support we off to recruitment professional wanting to set up on their own.

Our Recruiter Startup Model allows you to quickly and smoothly get your desk up and running without the daunting prospect of doing it completely alone, we introduce you to clients to work with so you can become profitable as soon as possible.

Our Services

Earning Potential

With us you earn 80% to 90% of every placement fee you make. No limitations! We encourage you to grow your desk as big as you can.

Your main aim is to become profitable as soon as possible and by setting your recruitment business up as part of the Recruiter Startup Model you are much more likely to achieve this.

Invest As You Go

One of the main differences between Recruiter Startup and traditional franchise models is that there is no large initial investment of tens of thousands of pounds, we operate an 'Invest As You Go' model with no long term tie-in period.

We charge a monthly fee of £750 + VAT and ask Associates to join us for a minimum of 4 months. This gives you time to get the best from our system and make a return on your investment, one placement within your first few months can make your business profitable.
