The Elite Top 100 UK franchises includes 3 Dwyer Group brands

Three Dwyer Group brands have been named in the top 100 of UK franchise businesses in the inaugural Elite Franchise 100, a league table that recognises and rates the best and brightest franchises in the UK.

Countrywide Grounds Maintenance is placed at 37, the highest placed gardening and grounds maintenance business in the list. The company was launched in 1985 to provide grounds maintenance services and today has over 50 franchises and is one of the largest specialist operations of its kind.

Bright & Beautiful domestic housekeeping services comes in as the highest ranking domestic housekeeping franchise at number 38. Since launching in 2007, Bright & Beautiful has grown to more than 50 franchises nationwide, employing over 500 people, with a multi-million-pound turnover and delivering more than 10,000 home service cleans per month. The company became part of the Dwyer Group earlier this year.

Drain Doctor is at number 52 in the table and was established in the UK in 1994 to deliver expert plumbing and drainage services. It now has over 46 franchisees, operating 80 franchised units nationwide.

The first Elite Franchise 100 is an annual league table designed to celebrate the county’s best franchise brands, to reward rapidly growing franchises and to recognise those that are contributing to both the economy and to local communities.
