Screen Rescue franchisor, Jaime Hilario is awarded his NVQ Certificate

Jaime Hilario, Franchisor of Screen Rescue in Suffolk has been awarded his GQA Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Windscreen Repair. Commenting on his recent accreditation Jaime said, “I am delighted to achieve this qualification. It confirms the high level of repair quality and customer care excellence at which we consistently operate, and underpins the benchmark expected across our franchise network.”

Jaime was assessed by an independent external examiner, making the qualification even more significant. He added, 

“An impartial NVQ examination award provides the credibility, clarity and assurance it’s designed to – it really means something to achieve this award!”

In order to pass the NVQ, Jaime completed a rigorous assessment in all areas of windscreen repair including system maintenance and Health & Safety within the automotive glazing working environment. In addition, all customer repair requirements were identified and evaluated, together with the preparation of each vehicle for repair through to hand over.
