Right at Home celebrating 10 years of five star franchisee satisfaction
With hundreds of franchisors all shouting about how good their training and support is, it’s difficult to stand out from the crowd and hard for prospective franchisees to identify the best franchise opportunities.
The WorkBuzz Best Franchise Programme and 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction accreditation is designed to help differentiate outstanding franchisors.
And this month, Right at Home became one of only three franchise brands in the UK to retain the Five Star Satisfaction for a record-breaking 10th consecutive year.
This highly valued accreditation comes as a direct result of the feedback given by our network of franchise owners, in a confidential annual survey completed by industry analysts WorkBuzz.
Within the survey franchise owners - from brands right across the franchise sector - are asked to rate and comment on five areas of the business model they have bought into.
The survey results help to identify the strongest franchise systems and those offering outstanding support that is valued across the network.
So, how did Right at Home's franchise owners rate their satisfaction this year?
- We scored 90 for Training and Support - 14 points higher than the industry benchmark!
- We scored 89 for Culture and Relationships - 18 points higher than the industry benchmark!
- We scored 91 for our Franchise System - 14 points higher than the industry benchmark!
- We scored 93 for Leadership - 22 points higher than the industry benchmark!
- We scored 91 for General Satisfaction - 32 points higher than the industry benchmark!
