Setting up a business can be hard work but at No Letting Go we have a tried and tested formula
No Letting Go has been established within the Lettings Industry for 14 years with a strong brand in this niche sector.
Our franchisees come from a variety of backgrounds and experience, but they share the same attributes - they all love customer service, and have a determination to build their own business. This is a low overhead franchise as it does not require premises, machinery or stock – meaning you can start to earn an income much quicker.
The lettings industry continues to be a growth market, despite other factors impacting the wider economy. So, we are looking for the right partners who share our passion for property, understand excellent customer service and enjoy building excellent customer relations.
No Letting Go training and support
No Letting Go Training Academy provides an ongoing training programme covering all types of report building, conducting inventories, using our Kaptur software and sales and marketing.
Training is ongoing and we will assist you at all stages in your business growth including recruiting freelance clerks to work for you as the volume increases, advising on business development strategies, business management issues and expansion plans.
We continue to invest in our technology to maintain our position as the market leader and provide you the edge over local competition. Our national coverage enables us to attract and service national accounts which can provide some new franchisees with a base of initial work to help them launch their business.
We also provide you with our Formula For Success, which is a blueprint for running a successful inventory franchise, together with an extensive marketing toolkit to enable you to build your business locally. We also provide a support team at head office for software, accounts and a technical team to answer day to day questions.
No Letting Go ideal franchisee
We are looking for ambitious hard working partners, who love providing great customer service. Previous experience within the industry is not required as we will teach you this, however, we are looking for a can do attitude and self motivation.
Whilst the franchisee fee can be financed via a specialist bank, you need to have enough working capital to meet your bills whilst you are starting your business.
Start your journey with an informal chat with us, and from there we will meet up to go through the business in more detail. Its important that our industry and service is the right fit for you.
I have been with No Letting Go for nearly 5 years, and it was the best decision! Not only am I earning substantially more than my employed role, but I really enjoy building my own business and delivering a great local service.

Financials of No Letting Go
- The initial franchise fee is £17,950 plus VAT
- As most franchisees work from home set up costs are minimal, allow £2,000 to £3,000
- Working capital of another £2,000 to £3,000 is advised
- Total investment to be operational is, therefore between £20,000 and £25,000
