Who are Fitter Body Ladies?

Fitter Body Ladies is a premium ladies only gym offering fun fitness programs designed to achieve realistic weight loss, via group personal training, mentoring and motivation to ensure sustainable results.

The fitness facilities are open to ladies only; specifically, ladies over the age of 30.

Fitter Body Ladies offers indoor group fitness training sessions, for Ladies only. Fitter Body Ladies has increased in size from 1 to 12 location across the UK since 2017. We have opened branches in Milton Keynes South & North, Basildon, Wellingborough, Wakefield, Kettering, Daventry, York Cardiff, Swansea, and Llanelli.

Our unique approach to Group training involves our 3F program which all Fitter Body ladies Franchisees follow. The 3F program which is the foundation of our programmes covers what we consider the 3 core pillars of weight loss – Food, Fitness & Focus.

Training and Support

At Fitter Body Ladies we require all Franchisees to be level 2 gym Instructor and working towards level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification.

All franchisees will undertake initial group fitness training at our head office in Northampton in person which will include how to run fun varied group fitness sessions. We see training as a super important part of the success of every franchisee.

The Training consists of 3 steps:

• Initial Operational Training

Initial training would take place in Northampton and would last for 2 days.

During then you would look at operations of running a day-to-day Fitter Body ladies Franchise business, the systems and software’s needed, and practical skills in running sessions.

• Sales Training 

Sales training will consist of leads training, sales call training, Facebook ads and database management to allow the franchise to succeed and grow, this would take place in Northampton and last 1 day.

• Ongoing Support

Ongoing training will involve online training and would last 30 minutes each week, here sales training and operational training would be looked at to support the franchisees in their day to day operations and allow any queries and questions to be answered as well as the sharing of knowledge with the network.

All Fitter Body ladies Franchisees will be required to undertake the Menopause movement Training to support their existing knowledge which is included within their Franchisee Package.

Your Role as a Franchisee

Day-to-day a fitter body ladies’ franchisee for the first 12 months is running fun, filled varied group fitness sessions to enable the ladies who are members to achieve the health and fitness goals they have set for themselves and receiving a first class service.

Furthermore, you will be dealing with incoming enquiries from potential customers, the administration of your members and the management and support of any staff you have working for you.

After the first 12 months as the Franchise grows it will more than likely that the day to day role changes and the franchisee role develops more into a staff supporting and training role to ensure that your members are receiving a first class service.
