Cheshire Dad swaps hotel career for the Bright & Beautiful Franchise Opportunity

Dad of two Silviu Bompa made his home in Cheshire seven years ago, having left his native Romania to make a career in the hotel and hospitality industry. After successfully running a hotel in Cheshire since 2012 he has now swapped hospitality for housekeeping with the launch of his own eco-friendly domestic homecare cleaning franchise business in Chester, Bright & Beautiful.

Now Silviu, who lives in Tarporley with his wife and two young daughters, will be managing a team of housekeepers to deliver ethical, professional and eco-friendly cleaning, tidying and laundry services using only non-toxic and eco-friendly cleaning products and equipment.

Having worked extremely hard since arriving in the UK, including learning the English language and culture from scratch, Silviu wanted to find a new way of working that would allow him to take a very different direction in life and to play a bigger part in his daughters’ lives. With the Bright & Beautiful cleaning franchise, Silviu will also be creating a number of local jobs for other men and women.

Silviu and his Bright & Beautiful franchise team use only natural and non-toxic products that are environmentally friendly and much better for the home and health, as well as implementing eco-friendly practices such as car sharing.

Having run a hotel for a number of years I really wanted to be able to run my own business and to build one that would allow me to be a more hands on dad to my two daughters.
