Bright & Beautiful franchise is acquired by the Dwyer Group®
Deal adds more than 50 franchise units and grows Dwyer Group to £1.2B in system-wide sales.
The Dwyer Group, Inc., one of the world’s largest parent companies of trade service brands, has completed the add-on acquisition of the Bright & Beautiful residential cleaning franchise, a home cleaning service with it's franchise headquarters based Manchester. The deal marks the ninth franchise acquisition for Dwyer Group in the last few years and grows the organisation to £1.2 billion in system-wide sales. Dwyer Group will now have 15 franchise brands under its wings with more than 2,800 franchisees across service brands and a record 600+ employees throughout North America, U.K. and Germany. The Dwyer Group currently has franchise brands such as Aire Serv®, Glass Doctor®, The Grounds Guys®, Five Star Painting®, Molly Maid®, Mr. Appliance®, Mr. Electric®, Mr. Handyman®, Mr. Rooter® (Drain Doctor® in the UK), ProTect Painters®, Rainbow International®, Locatec®, Bright & Beautiful® and Window Genie®. Collectively, these independent franchise concepts offer customers worldwide a broad base of residential and commercial services.
