Bright & Beautiful appoint a new President and MD to oversee the franchise network
Sue Moore has been appointed as the new President and MD of Bright & Beautiful domestic home care franchise services, following the franchise company’s recent acquisition by the Dwyer Group, one of the world’s largest parent companies of trade service brands and an international powerhouse in franchising.
Since launching in 2007, Bright & Beautiful domestic home care franchise has grown to more than 50 franchises nationwide, employing over 500 people, with a multi-million-pound turnover and delivering more than 10,000 home service cleans per month.
Sue is now taking the franchise business forward as part of the Dwyer family which is expanding its franchise home care service brands throughout the UK and which has £1.2 billion in system-wide sales globally and 15 franchise brands across the UK, North America and Germany.
Before becoming MD, Sue was Franchise Director at Bright & Beautiful for several years and played a key role in growing and managing the home care franchise business through a major period of expansion. One of the UK’s most experienced franchise specialists, Sue has delivered impressive results within the business arena and is passionate about the world of franchising and the opportunities it presents.
Sue says:

Based in Manchester, Sue is well versed in the startup and SME journey, having launched and run a variety of small businesses and supported other people in doing the same. Sue has also worked with the Princes Trust as both a Business Mentor and Progression Mentor, supporting young people into business ventures and employment. She is an advocate of self-employment, start-ups, franchising and women in business and feels passionately about creating value in a brand and operating in an ethical way which supports the UK economy.
Bright & Beautiful has won several business awards with Sue in the role of Franchise Director including Best Business and Best Franchisor. Sue has also received a number of business awards personally including Business Person of the Year and is an experienced event speaker and media spokesperson.
